Bartenders
Full liquor, high volume, late nights. Michigan TIPS or equivalent preferred; we will train the right person without it. Tips are yours, pooled by shift.

Now hiring. Every position.
Bouzouki is independent, it is busy, and it pays out nightly. If you are an entertainer looking for a downtown house with real foot traffic from the casino and the stadiums — or you want to work behind the bar in the best late room in Greektown — come in and talk to us.

Walk-in auditions,
every night.
No appointment needed. Come in any night after we open at 4:00 PM and ask for the manager at the door. Auditions are on the main stage, one set, and you will have an answer the same night.
What to bring
- Valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 21 or over
- Your Social Security card or work authorisation
- Whatever you would normally wear to work — shoes included
- Your own music if you have a set you like, otherwise the DJ will run it
Why here
- The location. Two minutes from Hollywood Casino, eight from Comerica, nine from Ford Field. The traffic walks to us.
- Nightly payout. No waiting on a cheque.
- Flexible schedule. Pick your nights; we will work around school, a day job or another house.
- Real security. Door staff on every shift, a strict no-photography floor, and management that backs you when a guest is out of line.
- Independent house. You are talking to the people who own it, not a regional office.
Every other position, too.
Cocktail Servers & VIP Hosts
Booth and section service, bottle presentation, looking after parties from arrival to close. The VIP host role is the best-paid floor position in the building.
Thu – Sat, peak nights
Door & Security
ID checks, cover, coat check and floor presence. Michigan security licence or a clean background and real experience. Calm beats big.
Seven nights
Kitchen
Line cooks and prep. Saganaki, wings, tacos, pizza and the flat-top, all night. If you can hold a ticket rail at 1 AM, we want to meet you.
Evenings, all week
DJ
Reading a room, running a rotation, working with the roster rather than over it. Bring a mix and a night you have held down.
Weekend residencies
Social & Promotions
Shooting, posting and growing the club’s Instagram. Part-time, nights, and a genuinely open brief — we know we have been underusing it.
